Silica sol precision casting utilizes non-toxic silica sol binder to build multi-layer ceramic molds around wax patterns. After dewaxing and sintering, molten metal (e.g., stainless steel/alloys) is poured to achieve ±0.15mm dimensional accuracy and mirror-like surfaces (Ra≤3.2μm) without post-machining. Capable of casting intricate components with 50+ micro-features and 0.5mm thin walls, it is widely used in aerospace turbine blades, medical implants, and automotive turbochargers, offering both precision and sustainable production through recyclable shells.
