Our stainless-steel automobile-parts castings are produced by investment lost-wax casting and CNC machining. Available materials include 409, 304L and 316 stainless steel complying with ASTM, DIN and JIS standards.
We manufacture EGR housings, exhaust elbows, flange adapters and sensor-installation bases as shown in pictures. Integrated forming avoids leakage risks from welding. The tolerance can reach ±0.1 mm.
These castings stand high-temperature and anti -corrosion, suitable for fuel-car engines and new-energy-vehicle cooling systems. We provide casting blanks or fully- machined finished goods. Our factory is ISO9001-2015 certified and AITF 16949. Custom samples and mass- production are available based on your 3D drawings.
