Silica sol precision casting utilizes non-toxic silica sol binder to build multi-layer ceramic molds around wax patterns. After dewaxing and sintering, molten metal (e.g., stainless steel/alloys) is poured to achieve ±0.15mm dimensional accuracy and mirror-like surfaces (Ra≤3.2μm) without post-machining.
